Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY POLICY
- Islandwide delivery is available for all orders.
- A standard delivery charge of Rs. 350.00 is applicable for all orders. An additional amount of Rs.100 will be charged per excess kilogram.
- All orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days since the date of placing the order.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- In the event that your order does not meet your expectations( not match with actual such as different size, different product, completely different color, etc.), please notify us by phone or email – stating relevant details such as order number, product quantity, and reason for return.
- We allow an exchange of all items except handbags, undergarments, fashion accessories, wristwear, cosmetics, toys, and discounted items.
- All returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from placing the order. However, additional postal or courier charges may apply.
- There will be no cash refunds for returned items. Exceptions include any product mismatch on the company’s behalf, or if the purchased item is no longer available
- The company will not accept return/ exchange items that have been worn, washed, damaged, used, altered, or returned without the attached company tags and receipt.
- If you met all the above you can also exchange items. Our staff will guide you to exchange process.
